If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out the form below to request a refund or exchange (please wait a second or two for it to show up).

We should email you back within 48 hours, letting you know whether or not your request has been approved and we'll provide you with further instructions.

Important Notes:

  • We only offer refunds/exhanges for defective/damaged items or items of poor quality.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Returned items must be shipped in their original condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges of return shipping.
